Eligibility to Apply

Must Be Fully Complete

  1. Apply to 17吃瓜网: Getting Started. Once an application is submitted, a ctcLink identification (ID) number will be issued through the email the applicant applied with.
  2. Must be 18 Years of age or older prior to graduation date and licensure
  3. You must also submit the  to be considered for the phlebotomy program.
  4. 17吃瓜网 must score 61 or higher on the College Success Assessment to be placed at Transitional 17吃瓜网 Level 3 (TS Level 3).
    • If placed in TS Level 3, students are required to join the I-BEST program.
    • Placement testing must be done through the College's Placement & Testing Center.
    • Directed Self Placement cannot be used for placement.

Program runs quarterly. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served bases. 17吃瓜网 who submit the completed application, with all required documents will be admitted to the program after receipt.
